CONTENT WARNINGS.A lot of the series I roleplay in aren't afraid to dip into some seriously dark content matter, or may have their fingers in some uncomfortable topics. I do not actively roleplay these things, but I do not shy away from them as a topic, either.Beyond these general warnings, I am also a horrible folklore gremlin, and as you know, traditional folklore does not pull it's punches. It will touch upon some extremely uncomfortable, squicky, or dark topics. Exact references will vary, but controversial topics that are common in traditional lore, mythology, and history in general will be present on my blogs.Some bad shit has happened to my characters, generally due to their lore and history. Some of them are not afraid to lift a hand against others, and do some pretty terrible things.. This is simply a matter of fact with life and with folklore. It can happen. It has happened. It will happen. I play villains, if i wish to portray what they are accurately, i need to be willing to dive into those topics.However, BIG IMPORTANT NOTE - even if I'm willing to touch upon these topics, they will never be implemented lightly or on a whim. They will always be treated with the utmost respect and concern they require, and I will also only approach them with the express consent of my writing partner. Any unavoidable major triggers that are related to a particular muse in question will be mentioned on that muse's profile.But none-the-less, be mindful of what you're getting into by following me. A lot of the series i roleplay in - whether it be their series lore or the folkloric inspiration as a whole - don't pull their punches.TL;DR: I write with traditional fairy tale and folklore tropes. Expect dark content.TRIGGERS.I have major triggers involving sex and intimacy - clinical triggers, meaning there are consequences that may require medical interference, should they be tripped. Now, I have no issue with sexual or intimate content for simply being what it is, nor am I adverse to it - this is not a matter of discomfort. It is a matter of being in full control of when and where i decide to view it. As long as basic tagging courtesy is followed (even just a basic and unaltered NSFW tag), i should be just fine.SMUT??Going along with the above rule, again, i have no issue with sexual content. I don't mind referencing that a muse as a sex life, or having it come up as a topic in a thread. It is completely alright to approach nsfw topics in passing. It is actually writing out sexual scenarios or writing for sexual gratification is not my cup of tea. The occasional teasing jab, implication, or casual talk is fine, as is occasional flirting with the line. But actual blatant nsfw content is something i really gotta be comfortable with my writing partner to portray.SHIPPING.Certain muses will be selective or off the table, either due to their quirks or my comfort levels. IE: if the muse is a child/easily mistaken as a child, or if the muse cannot or should not be trusted in a romantic situation. Beyond that, I am a multi-shipper and prone to extremely slow burns so long as the ship has some chemistry working it along. Just be reasonable and respectful of boundaries.

DRAMA.Now, I have a reputation for being salted earth in regards to people lighting fires on my front lawn. I make a point to tackle my problems and solve them properly so that they don't get a chance to turn into drama. I will of course give the benefit of the doubt regarding a genuine concern someone thinks I should be aware of, and will keep such things in mind. Like, there are some legitimately bad eggs out there, I know. I've met them, i've seen the aftermath, i've dealt with them personally on multiple occasions. I wish i didn't have the experience i have in untangling those sorts of messes.... and yet, for every bad egg, there's a dozen more that just fell and got cracked. We are only human. We will all make horrifically bad decisions without thinking. Yes, even the things we think should be clear cut common sense. We are in fact, just plain stupid at times. Even me, even you. What matters is whether there is genuine remorse over what was done, and a desire to do better.I view things for myself and make my own judgements - so call me naive or blindly optimistic if you want, but if I have the ability to give someone a chance, I want to at least try. I am not going to fault someone for simply being human, if that turns out to be what actually happened.Now, this does not excuse anyone's actions, of course. I am not turning a blind eye. Especially not for the Really Bad Shit. I don't 'magically forget' or even remotely forgive. A problem is still a problem, whether or not it was caused in earnest or on accident, or even unknowingly. That just means it needs to be handled properly - and proper handling does not equal cruelty.I will be kind and I will be civil, unless I decide the situation requires otherwise. So if you are on my lawn with someone you do not like or have problems with, then please be civil with each other and keep your issues at the door.
